Measure the voltage on #7 & #8.

HOW TO MEASURE THE VOLTAGE WITH A MULTIMETER :

1. Set the mode to AC Voltage by turning the selector knob to: V∼. (The ∼ stands for alternating current.)


2. Plug the black probe to the common jack on the multimeter (COM).


3. Plug the red probe into the jack labeled as AC voltage (V).


4. Place the end of the black probe and the end of the red probe on the components.


5. Read the value on the screen.


6. Remove the end of red probe and the end of the black probe from the item you are testing.


7. Unplug the probes from the multimeter in the same order as step #6.
